We love drinking (and eating) out of these tall jars so much we specially designed our Skinny Spoons and Straws to be 24oz tall mason jar compatible. This lid is designed to fit Wide Mouth mason jars – please check your jars to make sure this lid will fit. Your jar should measure 3 inches inside the top, or around 3-3/8 inches from thread to thread. This item will not fit the smaller, regular mouth mason jars, which measure 2-3/4 inches across the rim. PopTops are non-reactive and can be used with hot or cold beverages with no worry of chemical leach. The wide hole is ideal for easy sipping, pouring and storing. The plug is attached to a silicone band that slides over the jar, so you won't lose it. There is a small notch in the silicone band that holds a straw, so you can have it with you when you need it. We recommend washing your new Ecojarz PopTop lid thoroughly with soap and water before use. Dry your stainless steel lids and jar bands well after washing and store in a dry place.
