Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We think you’ll love our products, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Any EcoJarz product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We just ask that you meet us halfway and cover the cost of shipping it back.  We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return package.  Please note, that it may take your bank or credit card several business days to show the refund.  Please mail all returns with a note requesting a refund to:

If you received an incorrect item than what's indicated on the packing slip or a defective item, please contact us right away!   We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. It typically takes us 3-5 days to process a refund or exchange request.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  If the requested  item is the same price, we can easily swap it and mail it back.  However, the price of each item can vary depending on size or material.  If the price of the exchanged item is different, the exchange will be treated as a refund and the new item will need to be a separate purchase.
