Fits any regular-mouth mason jar, with an opening of approx. 2.5 inches.
Please note that the Jar Band is NOT included. A jar band is necessary to attach an EcoJarz lid. It works just like a canning jar lid. You can use a standard tin jar band that comes with a mason jar. Or, up the ante with our EcoJarz reusable Stainless Steel Jar Band for $4.95 and never worry about rusting bands again!
We recommend washing your new EcoJarz PopTop lid thoroughly with soap and water before use. If you are using a tin jar band, be sure that after washing and drying it you store it in a dry place to avoid rust. PopTops are dishwasher safe.

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of glass container can I use?
Our EcoJarz lids are designed to be used with glass mason jars. Cases of mason jars can be found at many major retailers. We love re-use and upcycling, and encourage you to see if you can find a compatible jar in your pantry or recycling! There are so many jars in this world that are compatible with the regular-mouth mason jar size, making reuse a great option with EcoJarz. Here are just a few products that come in containers that might work with your regular mouth EcoJarz lid:
Salsa, Peanut butter, Applesauce, Pasta sauce, Mayonnaise, Pickles, etc.
What size jars do I have?
Mason jars come in several volumes, but the opening comes in just two sizes, Regular Mouth and Wide Mouth. Regular Mouth jars have a 2 3⁄8 inch (60 mm) inner diameter (and a 2 3⁄4 inch (70 mm) outer diameter), and Wide Mouth jars have a 3 inch (76 mm) inner diameter (and a 3 3/8 inch (86 mm) outer diameter).
Can I reuse EcoJarz mason jar lids?
Absolutely, sugar! Our Mason Jar Lids are designed for longevity and multiple uses. Regular Mouth or Wide Mouth, these lids are made with stainless steel and are BPA-free, ensuring no harmful chemicals leach into your preserves. They're perfect for drinks, storage, and all your jar-needs. And don't you worry, they're guaranteed for life!
How do I clean my EcoJarz products?
To clean your EcoJarz mason jar lids, you can simply scrub them in the sink like any other dish. The silicone gasket can be removed from the stainless steel lid for even deeper cleaning. They're designed to be easy to clean and sterilize, ensuring they don’t harbor any residues or odors.
We sell a reusable pipe cleaner to make cleaning the straws easier. In addition, you can run any EcoJarz product through the dishwasher!
Will the stainless lids rust?
Rust on any food container isn't ideal. But fret not, our Mason Jar Lids are made from stainless steel, which greatly reduces the risk of rusting. However, typical jar bands (rings) are often made from a different type of metal and do rust - sometimes quickly. So if you see rust on your EcoJarz lid, check the band to see if that is where it's coming from. Rust from the band can be cleaned off by rubbing it with a little bit of baking soda or steel wool.
Our Stainless Steel Jar Bands are made from the same high quality stainless steel that our lids are made from and will not rust, corrode, or discolor under any normal conditions.
What are the metal lids made of?
All of our metal mason jar lids are made of 304L Surgical Stainless Steel. 304L stainless steel resists corrosion and is most commonly used in the food industry. Stainless steel has trace amounts of chromium (between 18% and 20%) and nickel (between 8% and 10.5%).
Where are your lids made?
Ecojarz is a diverse business! We have a close relationship with a small Vietnamese company that provides the stainless steel and silicone EcoJarz lids to us. We inspect, assemble, package, and ship each item from Denver, Colorado! Our stainless steel straws, skinny spoons, jar bands, and storage lids are made in Hong Kong.
