EcoJarz Stainless Steel Storage Lids are BPA-free and rust-resistant storage lids for mason jars.  We design them for storing your food, dry goods, vinegars, essential oils, knick-knacks, or whatever else you like to store in your jars, without the worry of rust or chemical leach.  The FDA approved silicone gasket creates an airtight seal when you tighten the jar band (sold separately).

Due to the high failure rate of the silicone gasket, we do not recommend canning with the EcoJarz storage lid. Sold as a single lid or buy in multiples and save!

Please note that the Jar Band is NOT included.  A jar band is necessary to attach an EcoJarz lid. It works just like a canning jar lid. You can use a standard tin jar band that comes with a mason jar.  Or, up the ante with our EcoJarz reusable Stainless Steel Jar Band for $7.95 and never worry about rusting bands again!

This lid is designed to fit Wide Mouth mason jars – please check your jars to make sure this lid will fit.  Your jar should measure 3 inches inside the top, or around 3-3/8 inches from thread to thread.  This item will not fit the smaller, regular mouth mason jars, which measure 2-3/4 inches across the rim.

Love your mason jars but don't know what to do when the band gets stuck tight? Add an EcoJarz Jar Band Gripper to your order! The silicone adds just enough grip to the band so you can open that stuck jar!

We recommend washing your new Ecojarz Stainless Steel Storage Lids thoroughly with soap and water before use. Dry them thoroughly after washing and store in a dry place to avoid rust.
